What is MFLH Collective?
MFLH Collective is a premium training + recovery facility built around performance, consistency, and lifestyle. We combine coach-led group training, Open Gym programming, recovery amenities, and community experiences — all under one roof.

What’s included with every membership?
All memberships include access to the Tempo Coffee Bar + Lounge, our community space designed for routine, connection, and lifestyle.

Do I need to be “fit” to join?
No. Our training is scalable for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaching staff will guide you with modifications and progressions.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Membership freezes are available for travel, medical reasons, and life circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?
Memberships can be canceled with written notice according to the membership agreement.

Yes — you can move between membership tiers based on your goals and lifestyle. Our team can help you pick the plan that fits best.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — we offer a Free Trial ($0) so you can experience the space, community, and training before committing.

Do you offer day passes?
Yes.
All-Access Day Pass: $65
Training Class Day Pass: $35
Recovery Day Pass: $50

I’m visiting from out of town. Can I drop in?
Yes — visitors are welcome. Please book in advance and arrive early to get oriented and signed in.

MEMBERSHIPS + BILLING

What is a “Founders Membership”?
Founders Memberships are limited-availability membership tiers with the best pricing we will ever offer. Founders spots are capped, and once they’re gone — they’re gone.

What does “Paid In Full” mean?
Paid In Full memberships are annual plans paid upfront at a discounted rate. This is the best option for members who want to save and lock in their membership long term.

Do memberships include Tempo Coffee Bar items?
Tempo Coffee Bar + Lounge access is included for all members, but food/drinks are purchased separately.

Do All-Access members get any discounts?
Yes. All-Access members receive 10% off all MFLH retail + services.
This includes apparel/merchandise and eligible services offered in-house.

GROUP TRAINING

What kind of workouts do you run?
Our group training program blends strength, conditioning, hybrid performance, and functional fitness. You’ll see a mix of:

  • Strength training
  • Conditioning (ergs, running, sleds, carries)
  • Functional training
  • HYROX-style work
  • High-quality progressions and scalable intensity



Do I have to be training for HYROX or CrossFit?
Not at all. Our coaching focuses on building real performance for everyday life — HYROX athletes, CrossFitters, endurance runners, lifters, and general fitness members will all feel at home here.

How do I book classes?
Members can reserve training sessions through our booking app/platform.

What should I bring to class?

OPEN GYM

What is Open Gym?
Open Gym gives you access to the Open Gym floor so you can train on your own schedule. This is perfect for experienced trainees and anyone who prefers independent training.

What programming is included with Open Gym?
Open Gym access includes 3 structured program tracks:

  • COMPETE – CrossFit-focused programming
  • PUMP – Hypertrophy/bodybuilding focused programming
  • 365 – Hybrid/HYROX focused programming

This gives you a plan to follow every day — no guessing.

Can I do both group training and open gym?
Yes — that’s what the All-Access memberships are built for.

RECOVERY

What recovery amenities do you offer?
Recovery amenities may include:

  • Sauna
  • Cold plunge
  • Contrast therapy (based on availability)



Do I have to be a member to use recovery?
No. We offer:

  • Recovery memberships
  • Recovery day passes ($50)
  • All-Access includes recovery access



RECOVERY RULES + ETIQUETTE

To keep the recovery space clean, safe, and premium for everyone, we ask all members to follow these rules:

Sauna + Towel rules

  • Bring your own towel
  • A towel is required in the sauna
  • Always sit on a towel in the sauna (towel underneath you when seated)
  • Do not dump water on the heating unit

Cold plunge rules
Please shower before entering the cold plunge

 This helps keep the water clean and keeps the experience high-quality for everyone.

General etiquette

  • Be respectful
  • Wipe down areas after use
  • No glass in recovery areas
  • Follow time limits during peak hours TBA
  • Respect the space — it’s a shared recovery environment


COMMUNITY + CULTURE

Do you host events?
Yes — we regularly host community events including:

  • Run Club
  • OnlyDads sessions
  • HYROX prep sessions
  • Workshops + clinics
  • Member events + challenges + competitions



Is MFLH Collective beginner-friendly?
Yes. We coach for all levels. The goal is progression and consistency — no ego, just work.

FACILITY POLICIES

Are dogs allowed at MFLH Collective?
We love dogs — but for the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all members, dogs are not permitted inside the facility.

Dogs are not allowed in:

  • Training floor
  • Recovery areas
  • Locker rooms / bathrooms
  • Tempo Coffee Bar + lounge areas

Exception: Service animals as defined by the ADA are always permitted.
Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the facility clean, safe, and allergen-friendly.

Can I bring my baby or child to the gym?
We’re community-first and we fully support our parents — especially our moms. That said, we are not a childcare facility, and the training floor includes heavy weights, fast movement, and equipment that creates real risk.To keep everyone safe and maintain a high-quality member experience, please follow the guidelines below:Babies (non-walking)
Babies are allowed only if secured the entire time:

  • Stroller, infant carrier, or car seat
  • Placed in a designated safe area (when applicable)
  • Cannot be held during active lifting/movement

Toddlers / kids (walking age)
Toddlers and children are welcome only under these conditions:

  • Must remain next to parent at all times
  • Must stay in the designated seating / quiet zone
  • No wandering on the training floor
  • No equipment use
  • Must remain calm and non-disruptive

Not allowed (for safety + fairness)
For safety reasons, children may not:

  • Roam the training floor
  • Run or play near equipment
  • Enter recovery areas (sauna/cold plunge)
  • Disrupt class or coaching
  • Create a situation that requires staff supervision

If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe, we may ask the parent to step outside or end the session early. We will always handle this with respect.
